We, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fangda Holding Co., Ltd-leading company in the field of hardware in China was set up in 2001. It specializes in manufacturing, designing, R&D, producing and selling tungsten carbide products. Its tungsten carbide tips for wood-cutting tools, saw tips, tips for hollow saw, tips for hammer drill bit, tips for coal mining tools, buttons for DTH button bit, rods, strips, rotary bur heads, irregular & complicated products, ect enjoy a good reputation in China. The products are sold to countries and areas in Europe and America, Middle East, Eastern-South Asia, Africa, etc and are warmly welcomed and trusted by the customers.
Base on the mother company, FDTC spend a lot bringing in a complete set of Producing, R&D, Testing machines needed for producing high quality tungsten carbide products and excellent testing methods, advanced management. Meanwhile, the company is rich in technological manpower, besides its group of key technical personnel, senior engineers and professor-level senior engineers who have rich experience in Powder Mixing, Mould Designing, Pressing, Sintering are also employed. With their tens of years experience in technology, production management, the company has a solid basis in producing tungsten carbide products with high quality and steady quality. At present, the annual capacity of different kinds of tungsten carbide products is 600 tons.
The company has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO4001 Environment Management System and OHSA 18001 Career Health and Safety Management System. The company is also licensed with CE, GS, CC, and RoHS Certificates.
